Stuffed Animal FAQ

How long will it take to get my personalized stuffed animal?

We ship most orders on the next business day after the order is placed. So if you order on Monday, your animal will be shipped out on Tuesday. We don’t ship on weekends, so if you order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your animal will ship in Monday. We use USPS priority mail as our standard shipping method for orders within the USA, so your package should arrive in about 2-3 business days after it has shipped. Orders going to Canada and other international destinations will take longer, you should allow about 2 weeks for your package to arrive.


Can I see a preview of my shirt design?

All our orders are set up with care, by a real person.  You will not see a preview of your shirt design on the screen when you order.  We usually do not send previews of stuffed animal T-shirts as this would greatly slow down our production process.  You can be assured that we will set up your text and/or photo or other image to look great on your animal's shirt with all the options you have chosen.  We center all text and make it fill out the shirt as much as possible depending on the length of the text. If you have specific requests for how you want your shirt design set up, simply write a message in the special instructions box on the order page and we will do our best to make it happen. 


I want to put a photo or logo on the shirt. How do I send it to you and what format should it be in?

When you are filling out the information on the page where you order your animal, there is a place to upload your photo.  We can accept .jpg or .png files. Our shopping cart changes the name of your photo after it is uploaded so do not be alarmed when you see a file name containing a long string of numbers...we will still receive your photo!  For best results send large high resolution photos or graphics, preferably a resolution of 300 dpi at a 4" size. If in doubt, send us your original photo from your digital camera and we will crop and/or size it appropriately here. We will contact you if you send a photo or graphic that will not work well.  We cannot print copyrighted images or things like pro sports team or college logos.  If you are sending an image, it must be one that you own or have permission to use. 


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. International orders (including Canada) go by 1st Class Air Mail and may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.


I wanted one of the shirts with colored sleeves that I've seen in some of your examples but it's not showing up as an option for the animal I am ordering. Can I still get a colored sleeved shirt?

The colored sleeved shirts only come in one size, which fit the majority of our animals, but we do carry some animals that have smaller or larger bodies and they simply do not fit well in the colored sleeved shirts.  This includes all animals in the Taddle Toes collection, which have large feet and very small bodies (they have to wear a smaller than normal shirt which is only available in white) and all animals in the Plumpee collection, which are very fat and need special larger shirts that only come in white.  If the colored shirts are not shown on the page for the animal you ordering, they fall into this category and are only available with a white shirt.  Sorry!


It shows that you only have 4 of a particular animal in stock but I needed 8 of them. Can I get more than what you show in stock?

Yes, often you can. Due to the large variety of different animals we carry, we only have a small quantity of each in stock at any given time. But we can usually obtain more if you need a larger quantity as long as you are not in a hurry. It will usually take about a week to 10 days. Contact us by email at info@mandysmoon.com or by phone at (800) 939-2042 to let us know what animal you need and how many, and we will let you know how long it will take. Occasionally the manufacturer discontinues animals and it turns out that we cannot get more...if this is the case, we will let you know you asap.


What if there is a mistake on my animal?

We do our best not to make mistakes, but in any personalized gift business, mistakes do happen sometimes. Please let us know immediately if there is an error in your order. If it was our mistake, we will of course print a new shirt for you right away at no charge. If it was printed as ordered, but you made a mistake when placing the order and need to have a new shirt made, we will just charge a small fee, less than your original cost, to reprint and ship a replacement shirt for your animal.


Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, if you are order 12+ animals we can give you a 5% discount, or if you are ordering 25+ animals we can give you a 10% discount.  The maximum discount we can usually give for quantity orders of any quantity is 10% off the regular price.  Our special printing process allows us to do one of a kind personalized items with no setup fees, but it is very expensive, and  our production costs do not decrease with quantity. We also use very high quality animals. Since we have kept our prices very low to begin with, we simply can't afford to give huge discounts.  If you are in need of over 100 animals with the same image on them you would probably be better off to use a screen printer which has higher initial setup fees but the price per animal would be lower.


Do I have to get an animal? I just want a shirt to put on my own animal.

You can order a printed shirt only (without animal). Our shirts fit most 11 - 14 inch animals in an upright sitting position, as long as they are not too fat!
